Two members of our flight dispatch team Branimir Radin, Lead Dispatcher and Snežana Jocković, Shift Leader, represented Prince Aviation at Flight Dispatcher Days 2026 in Brussels, hosted by EUROCONTROL.
This was our first time attending the event, which has been held since 2024 and is dedicated to strengthening collaboration between airlines as active participants in air traffic and EUROCONTROL as the organization managing and optimizing the European airspace network.
The focus of the meet was improving information exchange and decision-making to maximize capacity utilization while minimizing restrictions and delays – with flight dispatchers recognized as a key link between airline operations and air traffic management.

Beyond the formal programme, this was an excellent opportunity for our team to connect with professionals from EUROCONTROL and fellow dispatchers from across Europe, to exchange experiences, and gain fresh perspectives on the challenges we all share.
We were especially proud to meet Katarina Jovanović, our former Prince colleague and now Network Operations Officer in EUROCONTROL!

At Prince Aviation, we strongly believe in enabling our departments with their professional development. Events like these allow our teams to stay at the forefront of industry developments and bring that knowledge back to our daily operations.
We would like to thank EUROCONTROL for organizing this event and for their ongoing commitment to fostering dialogue between airspace management and the airline community.
