Prince Aviation participated in a conference titled “Bridging Generations, Building Resilience: Fostering Age-Friendly Futures in the Danube Region”, held in Belgrade.

We were included in the event by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, host of the “IntegrAGE” project funded through the European Union’s “Danube Transnational Programme”.

Lectures and field visits brought together representatives of international institutions, chambers of commerce, and experts from ten European countries.

The goal of the conference was to highlight the importance of intergenerational cooperation and inclusive employment policies that contribute to retaining older workers in the labor market and encouraging knowledge exchange between generations, especially employees aged 55+.

As part of the conference, participants also visited our company, which was presented as an example of good practice in collaboration between employees in the 55+ category and younger colleagues.

Following the visit, our colleague Boško Zagorac, Part 145 training manager, participated in a dedicated conference panel.

Our CEO Srđan Kragojević expressed gratitude to the Serbian Chamber of Commerce for including our company in the “IntegrAGE” program, as well as for the opportunity for foreign guests to see our new workspace in person and hear about our experiences in the field of mentorship and systematic approach toward more experienced colleagues.

“As the largest regional business jet group, “Prince Aviation” has maintained, for nearly three decades, a unique, personalised, and active HR approach.

Especially toward more experienced colleagues who are the pillar of reliability, transfer of knowledge and skills upon which our profession rests.

In addition to the strict regulatory requirements of the aviation industry, we always strive to cultivate our unique business culture that values older and more experienced colleagues as mentors, offering them well-deserved flexibility in work and adequate healthcare,” said Kragojević.
