The MCC course provides students with realistic training in operating a multi-pilot, multi-engine aircraft. The goal of the training is to develop key skills in decision-making, communication, task distribution, checklist usage, mutual supervision, teamwork, and support – across all phases of flight, including normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions.

The course focuses on building non-technical skills essential for effective performance in a multi-crew environment.

The MCC course includes theoretical knowledge training, hands-on practice, and performance feedback in the following areas:

  • Situational awareness
  • Workload management
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Monitoring and cross-checking
  • Task sharing
  • Use of checklists

The MCC course is conducted using our Elite S923 FNPT II / MCC flight training device, configured to simulate the Beech King Air 200 aircraft.
