Six months after becoming an authorized Gogo dealer, Prince Aviation gave Southeast European business aircraft operators a hands-on look at high-speed connectivity for small and mid-size jets
On Friday, October 9, Prince Aviation hosted a live demonstration of the Gogo Galileo HDX in-flight connectivity system at its new hangar facility in Belgrade.
Business aircraft operators from the region saw the system’s antenna and router up close and tested the high-speed internet connection themselves. The event came six months after Prince Aviation became an authorized Gogo Inc. (NASDAQ: GOGO) dealer and installer.

“We usually just talk about hardware, but today we have the chance to touch it, feel it and see how it works in practice,” said Djordje Petrović, COO at Prince Aviation, as he opened the event. “Nowadays, we take the internet for granted, and passengers increasingly expect the same fast, reliable connection in the air as they enjoy on the ground. Delivering that experience has long been a challenge, but it is finally becoming achievable, and business jet charter operators need to recognize that passengers are beginning to take high-speed internet in the air for granted, too.”
He described the demonstration as the first of its kind in Southeast Europe. He also said more installation Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) are coming soon and that Prince Aviation will be among the first MROs in the region authorized to perform them.

“We are looking forward to the many STCs to come. The first one, for the Embraer Legacy series, is coming next week, and we expect the one for the Cessna Citation XLS+ to follow by the end of the year,” he said. “We strongly believe this is a unique solution on the market, and that our customers will benefit from it.”
Laura Guillaume, Gogo’s Business Development Manager for Europe, said: “This was a special opportunity for people to see the antenna and the equipment for themselves, and to test the speed and quality of the internet Gogo provides. Operators can contact us at any time for a quote and an installation slot.”
Powered by Eutelsat OneWeb’s low Earth orbit (LEO) network, Gogo Galileo HDX brings high-speed Wi-Fi, once reserved for the largest cabins, to a much wider range of business aircraft. The system offers download speeds of up to 60 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 11 Mbps.

Passengers can stream without buffering, make video calls, collaborate in real time and stay connected wherever they fly, including over oceans and in remote regions, with world-class cybersecurity built in.
The fuselage-mounted antenna can be installed on a variety of business aircraft and integrates easily with existing Gogo AVANCE or SDR systems.
“We brought the Galileo HDX antenna and router, exactly what’s installed on the aircraft, so people could see how it works, test it firsthand and experience the high-speed connectivity now available on these smaller jets,” said Guillaume. “Prince Aviation is one of very few MROs in this part of Europe, and globally, authorized to perform Gogo installations across Gogo’s approved range of aircraft.”
Miljan Radivojević, Maintenance Sales Executive at Prince Aviation, explained why the Galileo HDX antenna is a strong match for the aircraft the company supports and maintains.

“As an official Gogo dealer and installation service center, we see the HDX antenna as a very good fit for the airframes we maintain. Its size and data throughput make it a practical solution for these aircraft,” he said. “Our focus is the Citation 525, the Citation XLS+ and the Embraer Legacy 600, and we are ready to carry out the installation and support work for operators of these types.”
Prince Aviation was appointed an authorized Gogo dealer at AERO Friedrichshafen on April 23, 2026. Under the agreement, the company joined Gogo’s growing global dealer network and is responsible for resale, installation, maintenance, support and upgrades across Europe. Gogo is the only multi-orbit, multi-band connectivity provider dedicated exclusively to business aviation.
